Our design proposal focuses on the concepts that are grounded in the three design principles of Abu Dhabi’s Identity & Culture, Innovation and Environment and integrate it with practical, effective, active cooling measures to convert the aspiration into new exciting and thriving destinations in Abu Dhabi to enjoy the outdoors comfortably for longer periods of the year.

Creating a district with a campus atmosphere. An attractive place to live, work and an attractive destination for curious visitors. This district will reach a global audience and draw in top-tier professionals and talent. Its inclusive and appealing environment, coupled with its distinct visual identity, establishes it as a hub where individuals can actively participate in shaping the future of this technology.

Offering world-class amenities complemented by community facilities as well as retail and dining experiences. The design of the district is focused on benefiting from the prevailing winds and directing them towards the civic spaces and courtyards, thereby facilitating a natural cooling effect during the summer months.
